About 'Dead Sushi'

Dead Sushi is a 2012 Japanese comedy horror film dir­ected by Noboru Iguchi. The film tells the story of Keiko, a young woman who is the daughter of a famous sushi chef. Keiko has always dreamed of becoming a sushi chef her­self, but her father is too strict and demanding. One day, Keiko runs away from home and gets a job as a wait­ress at a remote resort hotel. How­ever, she soon dis­covers that the hotel is haunted by killer sushi!

The killer sushi are cre­ated by a dis­gruntled researcher who was fired from the hotel’s parent com­pany. The researcher has developed a serum that can bring dead things back to life, and he uses this serum to turn the hotel’s sushi into flesh-eating mon­sters.

Keiko must team up with a former sushi chef to battle the killer sushi and save the hotel. Along the way, she learns the true meaning of sushi and dis­covers her own inner strength.

Dead Sushi is a fun and campy horror film that is sure to please fans of the genre. The film is full of over-the-top gore and viol­ence, but it also has a lot of heart. The char­ac­ters are likable and the story is enga­ging. If you’re looking for a good laugh and a little bit of gore, then Dead Sushi is the movie for you!
